Shree Pushpasen Sawant College of Pharmacy is the first ever Pharmacy College in Sindhudurg district established in the year 2006 to cater the need of technical & professional education in Konkan region especially in Sindhudurg district.
The college is affiliated to and approved by Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University the, Pharmacy Council of India (PCI). At present the college conducts Four Year B. Pharm degree program and college also offers two years D. Pharm course. Our students are placed in reputed multinational organizations and pursuing higher education from reputed Universities of India and abroad.
The institute offers updated knowledge on current topics and holds a National seminar every year on variety of topics including National level poster making competition and celebrates a Scientific Day every year along with poster presentations, essay writing competition, model making competition, quiz etc.
SPSCOP also celebrates annual sports day, cultural day and has registered Alumni association to keep our alumni updated. The college conducts industry visits and hospital pharmacy trainings on a regular basis. We train students by conducting various Public Health Campaigns in various strata of the society, including rural and slum areas by organizing various Health Campaigns such as Cancer, T.B, AIDS, etc. and blood donation camps.
The college Premises is situated at Digas, Wadi Humarmala Near to Mumbai –Goa National Highway (66) having spacious campus with huge playground & greenery to maintain the relation of study, nature & health.
